Created by the José Estévez company who are one of the biggest owner of vineyards in Jerez. Unusually for a Brandy de Jerez this has been made solely from Palomino Fino grapes, a variety that is highly prized for making the driest styles of sherry. Most brandy producers would use their poorest quality grapes for their spirit production, but not in this case. Here the grapes come from low yielding vines which give better flavour and finesse. This is a superb brandy that has not been sweetened in any way and offers refined elegance and great depth of flavour.
