Casal de Ventozela Alvarinho is a white wine produced in the Vinho Verde region, only with white grapes of Alvarinho. After the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, 10% of the batch aged in new French oak barrels, subjected to a regular stirring for 9 months, the rest of the batch stayed in stainless steel tanks prior to being bottled. Tasting Notes: Casal da Ventozela Alvarinho is a fantastic white wine, from the Vinho Verde region, full of aromas of white fruits, citric fruits, and mineral notes. It is a wine of complex structure, soft on the mouth, with great freshness and delicious acidity. Food Suggestion: Excellently paired with seafood, shellfish, poultry and mild cheese.
