Winemaking Each variety is fermented separately in temperature controlled stainless steel vats at 23 ºC. Tasting Note An intense ruby red colour. Vinous and clean aroma's with hints of red berry fruits. Round in the mouth and medium bodied. A well rounded finish with mellow tannin. Food Matching This gentle red works well with white meats and soft cheese.
