Hohoho! This is our first foray into the world of blends. We tried about 20 different ratios and origins before we settled on 40% Brazil, 40% Costa Rica and 20% Ethiopia. We found that from that we get the body and texture from Brazil, some funky sweetness from Costa Rica and a hint of acidity from Ethiopia. If I may take it further, Brazil is the roast potatoes, Costa Rica the Turkey and Ethiopia the gravy. Brazil is fire, Costa Rica is ice and Ethiopia is lukewarm water.
