The Sylvie Shawl but Toni Lipsey is a Tunisian crochet shawl that is constructed from the top down and then finished with sweet mini tassels. Two complementary colours dance in a series of calming stripes for the entirety of this wrap. Then, slip stitch columns are added to draw the eye to the playful tied tassel border.
