250g of our New barrell aged coffee!
We matured our Ethiopian Yirg green beans in a ex bourbon whiskey barrel for three weeks, rotating everyday to allow the beans to extract the most amount of flavour from the wood!
This results in a sweet and balanced cup, with lots of grape, cooked berry and chocolate flavour, with a distinctive bourbon finish.

Medium ground - ideal for aeropress, v60 and French press
