250g of our New barrell aged coffee! We matured our Ethiopian Yirg green beans in a ex bourbon whiskey barrel for three weeks, rotating everyday to allow the beans to extract the most amount of flavour from the wood! This results in a sweet and balanced cup, with lots of grape, cooked berry and chocolate flavour, with a distinctive bourbon finish.  Origin: EthiopiaRegion: YirgacheffeFarm: 500 smallholder farmersProcess: Natural Altitude: 1950 - 2150 masl Variety: Kurume Choose which grind you would prefer and away you go.  Whole beans - grinder needed Medium ground - ideal for aeropress, v60 and French press Coarse ground - ideal for French press/cafetiere and cold brew. Fine ground - ideal for an espresso machine and moka pot.
