It is special enought to take the top spot for your Christmas dinner. Additional reds featured include the barrique Montepulciano that WineOnline.ie have been importing since 1999. Suffice to say we chose this because it's a wine that our customers love, and we know you will too. Rich and opulent using native Montepulciano grapes and giving a supple delicious structure. Great with food or to enjoy on its own..Very attractive dark ruby wine with typical Italian bitter cherry fruit softened with medium tannins. The wine shows layers of fruit concentration with a classy full bodied roundness and complexity, thanks to the 12 months it spends in small barriques prior to bottling.
