CHOOSING THE CORRECT BODYBOARD SIZEMeasure from your bellybutton to the floor.Choose a boogie board that reaches as far as your bellybutton when stood upright on the ground, or slightly longer if you are a beginner, and will be riding smaller waves.When the body board is held out in front of you it should reach from your knees to your chin. If the surf you’re going to be riding are small waves, choosing a slightly longer board will give you more buoyancy and stability in the water.  The Apex AX02 is based around a classic template with a crescent tail for control.
