This is a beautifully balanced hot chocolate. Rich in caramel and deep chocolate tones – working well with both cows milk and alternatives. It displays the natural complexity of the cacao without additives, flavourings or excess sugars. AboutBare Bones Chocolate is a micro-batch, bean to bar chocolate company based in Glasgow created by Cameron and Lara. As chocolate and speciality food enthusiasts, they wanted to create their own brand that was built on incredible chocolate with impeccable detail through every process. They make thier chocolate in their workshop in the South Side of Glasgow in micro-batches of around 30kg at a time. They roast our cacao on a modified Giesen coffee roaster and have engineered some of thier equipment from scratch, to get the best possible quality for their batch sizes.
