Now this really is proper chocolate. This rich dark 70% vegan chocolate has tasting notes of Jasmine, Elderflower and caramel, with a very pleasant slightly tannic under tone.  As bean-to-bar chocolate makers, The Proper Chocolate Company hand-sort, roast, crack and winnow (that's removing the husks to you and me) the cocoa beans; then refine, conche (that's the intense mixing, agitating, and aerating of heated the liquid chocolate), age, temper, mould and package each bar of chocolate, all from their base in Dublin.  We have lots of sweet stuff here at designist. What's it made of? Cocoa beans and organic sugar. The cocoa bean variety is Pure Nacional. Origin: Marañón, Peru. How does it come? The 50gr bar comes in a plastic pouch approx. 20x13cm All bars are produced in a factory setting where treenuts, peanuts and dairy are processed.
