The Sea Studio 2022 Wall Calendar is a collection of 12 evocative images tracking the mood of the sea throughout the season. The images created by Niall Meehan, include favourite swim spots such as Vico, Seapoint, the Bull Wall in Dublin, The Cove, Greystones and Brittas Bay. The Calendar is printed on Alga Carta, paper made from seaweed that ordinarily would damage the fragile ecosystem of the Venice Lagoon. It is recyclable, biodegradable, FSC certified and made using hydroelectric renewable energy. The visable seaweed particles on the surface of the paper serve as a reminder of our connection and dependence on the sea.
