We've added this wonderful speciality coffee from Dublin-8 based Imbibe Coffee Roasters to our gift selection as we believe it makes a really appropriate addition to a gift, especially for tired new parents!   This is a full flavoured coffee with notes of caramel, chocolate and citrus fruits.  It's a marriage of two organic coffees sourced from the the ASOPEP co-op in Colombia and Lonya Grande all-female co-op in Peru. Imbibe believe strongly in giving back to projects in the communities where they source their coffee. They have funded two footbridges in Colombia to help local children get to school while in Peru they funded a wet mill to improve coffee quality and so enable members to increase the value of their produce. The good people at Imbibe recommend buying whole bean and grinding as you go but we also have a pre-ground option available.
