These little dudes are great yokes altogether. They are full of Omega 3 and 6, are a great source of high quality protein, vitamin E, and minerals such as phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc.  What can you do with them? Make a plant based mylk from them, sprinkle them into your yogurt, smoothies, cereals, or put them into your energy bars.
