Saturday October 16th  3.30/ 6.30 pmJoin us for a relaxed 3 hour workshop where you will be introduced to the basics of modern brush calligraphy, Learn the tips and techniques of brush hold and letter formation. Your take home kit includes a set of 2 brush pens ( Tombow fudenosuke - hard and soft nib), a personal workbook with examples of each letter of the alphabet ( upper and lower case) and practise sheets where you can track your own progress and development. Get inspired as we look at examples of how to apply your new skill to a variety of craft applications and find out where to buy your supplies. No prior experience is necessary. Price includes materials and refreshments. The Class will take place in the large Celtic Room in Blackrock Haggardstown Community Centre, Sandy Lane. There is a maximum of 10 participants and plenty of room for social distancing. You may prefer to wear a mask. A minimum of 5 participants is necessary for the class to form. Book your place here by paying the workshop fee of €55 or call in to the shop and pay a deposit of €30 , the balance of which will need to be paid by 1st October. Deposits are non-refundable unless a replacement is found.
