Light your HOME MOMENT candle, scan the QR code and listen to the soothing sound of a storm rumbling and rolling in over the Amazon in Costa Rica, or to the waves crashing onto the beach on the Irish coastline. What's more, the QR code is printed on a biodegradable seeded paper card, so once your candle is burnt out, you can pop it into the jar along with a hand full of soil.  Once sprouted the amber glass jar will have a joyful bundle of wildflowers growing out of it.
