Helle is a lightly padded parka for everyday use in a soft and flexible fabric. It has a regular fit and a figure-shaped silhouette. Fully wind and waterproof with taped seams and made from breathable fabric. It has a fixed hood and a high collar to protect against cold winds. Two front pockets and two inside pockets with zips. The hem, hood and cuffs can all be adjusted as needed. The lining has been dyed using a solution dyeing technique. This technique reduces water, energy and chemical consumption during production. Water-saving dyeing processIn order to minimise the use of water in our production process, since 2015 we have been using a technique known as “solution dyeing” for dyeing certain of our synthetic materials. This process involves adding colour pigments at the initial stage of producing the yarn. This dyeing technique saves 15 litres of water per metre of fabric compared with traditional methods of dyeing synthetic textiles, and also requires fewer chemicals and less energy.
