Ah, popcorn, where to begin...low in calories, high in dietary fibre, and a good source of polyphenols which are a type of antioxidant.  This is probably Craig's favourite food..Sound a bit mad?  Freshly popped in a little organic olive oil, some fine Himalayan pink salt, a big bowl of this is tough to beat for comfort food that is relatively guilt free.  We find that 100g of kernels cooked in 15g of olive oil is just right.  Salt, butter and couch snuggle to taste!
