Sweet and smooth with notes of nougat, macadamia nuts and chocolate.
Expect a delicious honey-like sweetness from this single origin coffee, complemented by a bright acidity and multilayered structure. It reminds us of nougat eaten on foreign holidays, with a hints of nuts and chocolate on the finish. This flavour profile comes from El Salvador's volcanic soils and the bean variety, plus the excellent work carried out by producer Andrés Salaverria.
