Tales for Tadpoles
A city in black and white. Absurd, chaotic, packed. A child finds an abandoned "yellow yellow" work helmet. It becomes his hat. Everyone looks at him with suspicion, surprised, cautious, but he goes around the city, proud, without caring. With the hat he brings flowers, creates a boat, invents a stool. Imagine a different world. Until an adult, ten times his height, takes back his yellow-yellow work helmet. The hat seems lost forever, but at home, armed only with yellow pencils and fantasy, the little protagonist will be able to build a new one. And start the adventure again.
The story is told in both Italian and English so would be perfect for multi-lingual children.
Please note this is a second hand book.
Format: Hardback.
Condition: Very good condition. Some pages slightly warped so may have gotten damp at some point, but still in very good condition.
