Tasting reveals a delightful dry Bordeaux blend with lots of dark fruit, spice and vanilla. Nicely balanced with good acidity and a delicious smooth texture, this wine doesn’t scream Malbec and that’s OK. It ends dry with very tart fruit, more spice and good length. Pair it with a steak or other grilled meats and you’ll be very happy.
