About the Project"Having spent the last 15 months or so in various forms of lockdown, the image of a bird was chosen for this print to consider the freedom in the act of flight, something that I feel had been taken for granted before the pandemic began. My lockdown began in March 2020 by returning from Canada unexpectedly, being removed from an environment where I had immersed myself as part of a residency, and flying home, West to East. This is a small edition and something I was very grateful to print, the first screen print I’ve released since 2018, would you believe." About the ArtistConor is an illustrator, printmaker and designer currently based in Dublin. Conor’s work typically consists of bold shapes and bright, limited colour palettes inspired by the aesthetics of screen printing and risograph printing. Conor is also a member of the Team here at Damn Fine Print, working as a risograph technician and Graphic Designer.
