All attention was initially focused on the main popular in this area varieties: Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Only a small part of the vineyards is occupied by other red varieties. The age of the vines is more than 25 years.  Tasting Note:Post destemming, the cabernet franc skins and juice are sent to tanks where the must ferments for a period of 9 days. The wine is then sent to stainless steel tanks for resting before ageing in oak barrels for 2 months.
