A striking headpiece that is sure to turn heads. Designed with light black swirling crinoline that sits across the top of the head giving a crown effect. Floating quills in light pink and black wrap around the headpiece and the final trim on the crinoline includes delicate colours of the rainbow. The headpiece secures on a double band covered in a black satin ribbon. This hat will be shipped in our bespoke hat box.
