It presents aromas of licorice and eucalyptus, but also aromas of ripe fruit. In the palate, this wine is fresh, intense with a great body and a nice final length. It is a young wine and recommended to drink before 12-14 months. Pairs well with roasts and red meats. After the destemming of the Petit Verdot, the skins and juice and transported to tanks where the must ferments for a period of 9 days at controlled temperatures. The wine is then sent to stainless steel tanks for resting before barrel ageing in new oak barrels for a total of two months.
