Description The double-walled and void-insulated Petromax Cool Box guarantees to keep fresh food chilled. The Petromax Cool Boxes of the kx series keep ice frozen for up to 12 days. The ultra passive cooling system does not require either electricity or other energy sources and operates solely with commercially available ice, cold packs or dry ice. With a 75l capacity the kx75 provides for enough storage space. The inner dimensions are such that either 105 x 0.33 l cans or optionally up to 30 x 1l bottles of water can be transported in an upright position. Strong Case With an insulation layer of at least 45mm, a constant temperature for preservation of food and beverages is assured. Furthermore, the PE body is so strong that the kx75 can also be used as a raised stand or comfortable seat. Thanks to its edged form it is also stackable and stowable. The integrated drain system enables easy drain of melt water which simplifies refilling ice during use as well as subsequent cleaning. Meets Any Challenge The belt guides provided in the lid of the Cool Box readily enable transport on a boat or on a loading area. The ergonomic handles on each side serve for optimum handling and guarantee comfortable carrying even when the Cool Box is filled. At the same time, the handles can be used as lashing points – this way the Cool Box can be filled during transport. Two durable rubber fasteners enable opening and closing of the Cool Box also with wet fingers or one-handed. Also, the content can be additionally secured from unauthorised access via the optional reinforced locking plates with a U-lock. Four feet provide for a secure stand on slippery ground and ensure constant circulation of air on the bottom side.
