Handmade St.Brigid's cross, made in Ireland using Irish rushes. Approximately 10x10cm in size. A tradition still practiced today. Taught to the children of Ireland at school this cross is hung in houses to protect and bless the house. This handmade object comes with St. Brigid's prayer to bless the house and has been blessed using sacred water from St. Brigid's Holy Well in Newcastle West, Limerick.
