Mrs Burns lemon basil seeds have gathered a cult following among cooks, who have been growing the specific variety of basil for nearly 100 years. It was organic gardener Janet Burns who first categorised the variety. The leaves have wonderful sherbet lemon aroma which works well in both sweet and savoury dishes.
