Greek oregano seeds will give you a kitchen windowsill crop of the Mediterranean herb, with beautiful white flowers. Greek oregano is a subspecies of the standard oregano family and has a much more pronounced flavour and aroma. Use it to flavour pizza sauces, or tie the leaves into a bouquet garni with rosemary and thyme for flavouring stocks and casserole dishes. Oregano is also delicious with roasted vegetables and fish.
