AboutFounded in 2013, Achill Island Sea Salt is a family business, which was inspired by the long-forgotten tradition of salt production on Achill Island. In the time-honoured style, they began producing sea salt in our family kitchen. Due to ever growing demand they moved to a custom modified facility in Bunacurry, Achill Island in September 2016. This move allowed Achill Island Sea Salt to increase production and transform from a local small business to a nationally recognised award winning brand.
