These fair-trade chocolate bunnies are made in Clonakilty by Allison and the Exploding Tree team (winner of the Environmental Award from The Irish Food Writers Guild 2020). To make them, they combine cocoa beans from cooperative Kuapa Kokoo in Ghana with Indonesian coconut sugar making chocolate that is delicious, healthier and ethical. The bunnies are then wrapped using 100% compostable packaging.
