Pela 2000 is a manually operated, 2 litre capacity fluid extractor; manufactured from rigid, non-slip UV resistant polypropylene. The most common application of the Pela extractor is during the process of oil changing.  How to use the Pela 2000; simply pump the unit 5 to 10 times in a row to create a vacuum and then watch the old oil drain neatly from engine in to the container. With a capacity of 2 litres, the Pela 2000 is ideal for use on small 4-stroke horsepower engines up to 50HP (depending on brand), sailboats with small diesel engines (9HP to 18HP) and PWCs with 4-stroke engines.
