Milk Chocolate Bars 70g Pure Natural Milk, Single Bean, No Lecithin Salty Almond Chocolate Bar  A true classic - whole salty, crunchy almonds with milk chocolate We create a saline solution with Oriel sea salt and soak our almonds in it. When we have soaked the nuts, we then gently roast them in a low oven with a light sprinkle of Irish Atlantic Sea Salt. This makes them slightly crispy, have a nice texture, and taste amazing. We then sprinkle them on top of this milk chocolate bar. Smoky Salt Chocolate Bar Smoke and salt enveloped in creamy milk chocolate Oriel take their kiln-dried mineral sea salt and smoke it in 90 year old Nicaraguan oak kegs freshly emptied of Teeling Irish whiskey. We ask the smoker to make our batches even smokier & then we fold it through our Ecuadorian milk chocolate. Dark Chocolate Bars 70g Dark Vegan, Single Bean, No Lecithin Sour Cherry Orchard Chocolate Bar Cranking up the sour notes - whole cherries infused in apple cider vinegar with dark chocolate We infuse organic sour cherries in Highbank Orchard’s Organic Balsamic Cider Vinegar with Wild Mother. Highbank Orchards is located on a 17th century farm in the beautiful County of Kilkenny. We then pile them on top of our dark chocolate bar.
