All of our sauces are handmade in small batches in County Louth, and we are extremely picky over the the ingredients we use, and amazingly proud of the final products we make. Each of these barbecue sauces can be used to marinate your meat, fish or veg. They can also be used as dipping sauces but we recommend cooking with them all, and especially using the rum as a finishing glaze on your cooks.
