Italian giant parsley seeds grow into a bright green, bushy herb with a very slightly peppery flavour and refreshing green scent. The large leaves look gorgeous served on a bowl of colourful minestrone soup, and can also be chopped finely for homemade herb butters and salsa verde – delicious served with Turkish lahmacun breads.
Packet includes 125 seeds. Plants grow to 45cm tall and 20cm wide.
How to grow Italian giant parsley
Sow indoors Mar-April and outdoors April-May, Aug-Sep.
Germinating time 25-30 days.
Harvest in 70-90 days.
Keep in full sun to partial shade.
Water regularly, but allow to dry out.
