Chardonnay Cuvée Aurore is an unusual unoaked Chardonnay, a cross between Chablis and Muscadet with a strong sea-influenced character. The 13 year-old vines, planted on the outskirt of the Muscadet appellation have produced a wine that is steely and clean, with enticing acacia flower, pear and quince on the nose, the palate is rich and soft with ripe gooseberry, candied white flesh fruit and a racy mineral grip towards the finish.
