The Wakaze met renowned oenologist Nadine Gublin in Beaune, Burgundy. Sharing her wine knowledge, she showed them the best casks from Domaine Jacques-Prieur. Their challenge was to harmonize the natural acidity of their sake with the complex, fruity aromas of Burgundy barrels. The Barrel is delicate and elegant.
