The Evolution is Blazer’s mid range complete. They come with Hidden Internal Compression (HIC) (a starnut is installed into the fork and a compression bolt is then screwed through the headset and use's a sleeve to tighten and hold the fork in place), 110mm wheels and a lighter fork to reduce weight. All of these features make this complete an all round better ride.
