Workshop and Calendar, Calendar and Workshop, two coffee roasters separated by 402 miles and the Irish Sea, linked by friendship, hard work and a shared love of delicious coffee. For the second year in a row we’re proud to co-present the coffees of brother and sister, Jorge and Carmen Tapia, from Pichincha, Ecuador, and the results are here to taste!  For Dan and Zarah this collaboration is special for a number of reasons. London is the place they started their careers in speciality coffee, and working for Workshop coffee is incidentally how they both met! The relationship between Workshop and Calendar will always be special, and this twin pack from Jorge & Carmen exemplifies both friendship and kinship regardless of the distances involved.
