Made from barrels sourced in the cognac region of France that have been used for the slow maturation of cognac wine. These oak barrels have absorbed lots of fruit flavours from the wine, and of course the wine has extracted it's price from the barrel. This means you get a very different flavour to raw oak.
This is a unique and premium BBQ product that we source from a specialist German food company. Perfect for a treat, like a really good steak or some high quality sausages.
