Made from barrels sourced in the Cádiz province of Spain that have been used for the slow maturation of sherry. These American white oak barrels have absorbed lots of fruit flavours from the sherry, and of course the sherry has extracted it's price from the barrel. This means you get a very different flavour to raw oak. This is a unique and premium BBQ product that we source from a specialist German food company.
