He is a graduate of the MFA program at the Belfast School of Art where he studied under Ken Grant and Donovan Wylie. He has worked on commissions for Vice, Patagonia, and the Guardian and his personal work has been featured by Italian Vogue, Aesthetica, and Huck Magazine. His current project was recently shortlisted for the FOAM Talent Issue and the LEICA Oskar Barnack Award.  This series of prints are taken from the series ‘Criss Cross Apple Sauce’. Shot over two weeks in Vancouver, the images document a reunion with childhood friends who had emigrated to Canada. The series started out as a travel diary but morphed into a meditation on friendship, love, and nostalgia.
