Thomas Q. Napper directs this boxing drama written by and starring Johnny Harris. Former youth boxing champion Jimmy McCabe (Harris) has hit an all-time low and turns to his old boxing club for help getting his life back on track. He wants to get back to the level of physical fitness that he once boasted, but in order to succeed, he needs coaches and trainers who will give him the harsh discipline required. Gym owner Bill Carney (Ray Winstone), promoter Joe Padgett (Ian McShane) and corner man Eddie (Michael Smiley) all have the power to help get him back to where he should be, but does Jimmy still have the stamina to keep up with the next generation?
