Existential drama from film-maker Terrence Malick. After becoming increasingly detached from reality in the hedonistic world of the LA film elite and ending his marriage to Nancy (Cate Blanchett), Rick flits from one hollow romantic encounter to the next, struggling to uncover his purpose of being.
