The chain maille section of this necklace is handcrafted with small Sterling silver rings assembled one at a time in the Byzantine weave, and combined with a beautiful glass bead carefully selected from high quality artisans based in Venice, Italy.   The lentil shaped bead is lined with Sterling silver foil and decorated with multicolour glass dots. It measures approximately 20mm diameter. The placement and colours on this glass bead are random and no two beads are ever exactly alike. Each glass bead is handcrafted and therefore unique.   - Approx. weight of the necklace is 17 grams - Approx. total length of the pendant is 6 cm   The Sterling silver snake chain is 16 inches/40 cm long.
