Natural Edged Burr Elm Bowl.

This is a bowl made from the burr wood of an Elm Tree. The burr is the gnarly growth found on the side of some trees. It has been turned to retain the natural edge of the tree and to accentuate the unusual and individual markings caused by the burr. The bowl has been finished with Danish Oil which is safe for use with Food. The dimensions are approximately 14cm wide x 12cm high or 51/2" x 5".
