Natural Edged Spalted Birch Bowl

This is a bowl made from the wood of a Birch Tree. The bowl was turned to retain the natural edge of the tree and to highlight the unusual grain pattern caused by the spalting. It is finished with Danish Oil which is safe for use with food. The dimensions are approximately 27cm wide x 23cm high or 101/2" x 9".
