This Macaron Mat has exact measures on a silicone mat for you to make perfect macaron shapes. The shapes are drawn out in 35mm circles which tell you when to stop. There are smaller 15mm circles in the centre to help you position your pastry bag and create perfectly formed macarons. The mat produces up to 44 macarons of 3.5cm each.Â
The mat goes in the oven (up to 230 degrees), microwave, freezer and dishwasher.
