About your Host Tara Walker is the owner and chef tutor at East Coast Cookery School in Termonfeckin, Co. Louth and author of “Good Food No Stress”. Tara grew up in a family of food businesses and honed her profession at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Tara has a monthly cookery slot on local radio station LMFM and appears regularly on TV3’s Weekend AM. Tara has also had several appearances on Ireland’s national broadcaster, RTE, on the Nationwide Show as well as on national radio, Newstalk FM.
