KGood pizza in one of life's greatest pleasures. In this Saturday class, we will guide you through how to make the perfect thin crust Neapolitan style pizza that you can cook in your home oven. Your host Ruth, who spent 10 years immersed in the food scene of Italy's pizza capital, Naples, will share all her knowledge and tips from what ingredients to use, how to prove your base, the right measures and where to source the best quality toppings in Ireland. Everybody loves pizza. It is the ideal party food. Great for any occasion. So why not learn how to make a really good one! Everyone will get to make their own individual pizza and we end the class with lunch, so please arrive hungry! About your host   Ruth Wassel is one of our Triggerfish resident cooks. She spent 10 years living and cooking in Naples, Italy. She was a tutor at the Ballymaloe Cook School for two years and is passionate about cooking with the best of Irish ingredients. She has written for Food and Wine Magazine and has done cookery demonstrations all over Ireland for Gaggenau, Neff, Siemens and KitchenAid. She cooks for Bora in Ireland and London and does regular demos for the diabetic centre in St James hospital.
