The Foundations of Home Cooking is a four part course run on Thursday mornings in May at The Triggerfish Cookshop. You can sign up for one or all four courses. Cordon Bleu Paris trained, Chef Tara Walker, will take participants through the fundamentals of good home cooking, from knife skills, to how to make sauces, to how to correctly cook meat, fish and vegetables. She will give you kitchen confidence and equip you with the skills you need to master any dish. Each week, she will focus on a new area, giving those attending a broad enough understanding of cookery to be able to eat and cook well for themselves and their family for life. Everyone sits down together at the end of each class to eat what they have cooked that week.   One week is €50 or €175 for all four weeks. Dates for all four classes in MAY: Thursday 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th. Please click on the relevant icon to book individual weeks or the BOOK ALL of MAY icon for all four weeks together.  About your Host Tara Walker is the owner and chef tutor at East Coast Cookery School in Termonfeckin, Co.
